Operating under the Adonai EL-Shaddai High Commission, General Deladem carries a weighty anointing to equip the saints for battle from our base in the Washington DC area—a key spiritual and governmental epicenter.
He brings forth strategic warfare protocols, prophetic intelligence, and dominion principles received directly from the throne room of God. His leadership provides the tactical direction necessary to advance against the forces of darkness and see permanent victory manifested in the lives of God's people.
